What does it take to express myself and come out as a girl?

What does it take for me to express myself and come out as a girl? What does it take for me to express myself and come out as a girl? I honestly believe that I am a girl and that I was meant to be a girl and that I was supposed to be a girl and I do not know how to express myself and to come out and be who I really and I truly am and I believe who I really and truly am is a girl being a girl is what I want to be and feel like I already am but it is difficult for me to reveal my true identity Want to I want to wear dresses and skirts and be able to put on lipstick and makeup and be able to wear panties and not partly be a girl but fully be a girl I want to be referred to as a she able to live a life and be able to live the life I need to live another problem for me is that I do have a girlfriend and I don't know what to do because I want to be with either a man or a woman but I prefer being with a man and I have some issues and some problems I need help
