I want to write a comic but there is no one to draw it. Do you think there is a person who would like to do this?

I want to write a comic but there is no one who can draw because I can’t draw. I don’t want to spend money on drawing so I want a person who while I write he would draw and if he becomes successful we will share in the success of everything anyway. Do you think there is such a person? And if so, where?
