One time I demonstrated leadership skills was during a group project in college. Our team was tasked with creating a marketing campaign for a local non-profit organization. I took on the role of project manager and organized regular meetings to discuss our progress, delegate tasks, and set deadlines.

I made sure to listen to everyone's ideas and input, and encouraged open communication within the group. I also took the initiative to research and gather relevant information to guide our decision-making process.

When conflicts arose, I mediated discussions and helped find solutions that satisfied everyone. I motivated and encouraged team members to stay focused and committed to the project, even when faced with challenges.
