Velocity time graph ?

A body at rest is given an initial uniform acceleration of 8m/s for 30 second's after which the acceleration is reduced to 5m/s for the next 20 second's. The body maintains the speed attained for 60 second's after which it is brought to rest in 20 second's.

A velocity-time graph, also known as a speed-time graph, is a graphical representation of the relationship between an object's velocity and time. It shows how the velocity of an object changes over a specific period of time.

In a velocity-time graph, the velocity is plotted on the y-axis (vertical axis) and time is plotted on the x-axis (horizontal axis). The slope of the graph represents the object's acceleration, while the area under the graph represents the object's displacement.

The shape of the graph can provide information about the object's motion. For example, a straight line with a positive slope indicates constant acceleration, while a straight line with a negative slope indicates constant deceleration. A horizontal line indicates that the object is at rest, and a curved line indicates changing acceleration.

Velocity-time graphs are commonly used in physics to analyze and understand the motion of objects. They can be used to determine the object's speed, acceleration, and displacement at different points in time.
