What get after Para cammando ?

After Para commando, soldiers may have the opportunity to join specialized units such as Special Forces, Airborne units, or other elite military units. They may also receive additional training in areas such as counter-terrorism, hostage rescue, or reconnaissance. Additionally, Para commandos may be deployed on various missions both domestically and internationally to support national security objectives.

After Para Commando training, individuals may progress to various roles and positions within the Indian Army, including:

- Company Commander: Lead a company of paratroopers, responsible for their training, operations, and welfare.
- Battalion Commander: Command a battalion of paratroopers, oversee all aspects of its operations and administration.
- Brigade Commander: Lead a brigade of paratroopers, comprising multiple battalions.
- Division Commander: Command a division of paratroopers, responsible for large-scale operations and strategic planning.
- Army Commander: Hold the highest command position within the Indian Army, responsible for the overall operational and administrative aspects of the army.
- Other Specialist Roles: Individuals with specialized skills, such as explosive disposal or intelligence gathering, may serve in specialized units within the Parachute Regiment.
- Staff Positions: Some individuals may be assigned to staff positions at various levels, where they provide support and advice to commanders on operational and administrative matters.
