Who signed namirembe agreement in Uganda?

The Namirembe Agreement was signed by representatives of the Buganda Kingdom and the British colonial government in Uganda. The Buganda Kingdom was represented by Sir Edward Mutesa II, the Kabaka (King) of Buganda, and the British colonial government was represented by Sir Andrew Cohen, the Governor of Uganda, on October 18, 1955.
