1 Corinthians 9:20-23 (TPT):
When I’m with those who are oppressed, I share in their oppression so that I might bring them to Christ. Yes, I try to find common ground with everyone so that I might bring them to Christ. I do all this to spread the good news, and in doing so I enjoy its blessings. Don’t you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run your race to win. To win the contest you must deny yourselves many things that would keep you from doing your best. An athlete goes to all this trouble just to win a blue ribbon or a silver cup, but we do it for a heavenly reward that never disappears. So I run straight to the goal with purpose in every step. I fight to win.

Dear Landlord, as you provide shelter for others, may you also provide a safe space for the presence of Christ to dwell in your heart and in your property. May you use your position to bring others closer to Christ and spread the good news of His love.

Dear Business People, may you find common ground with your employees and customers, treating them with respect and kindness. Use your business as a platform to share the gospel and bring others to Christ.

Dear Self-Employed, may you use your talents and skills to glorify God in all that you do. Let your work be a reflection of His love and grace, and may you find joy in spreading the good news through your business.

Dear Tailor, Caterer, Cook, Hair Dresser, Mechanic, Nurse, may you see your profession as a way to serve others and bring them closer to Christ. Use your skills and expertise to bless those around you and share the love of God in all that you do.

1 Corinthians 9:20-23 (TPT)

20 To the Jews who live by the Jewish law, I became one of them, so I could win the Jews who live by that law. To those who live by the Gentile laws, I became like one of them, so I could win those who live under Gentile laws—though I am not actually under those laws myself.

21 For I am not outside the law of God, but I am fully committed to the law of Christ. To those under the law of Moses, I have become like one of them, so I can win them to Christ. To those who are outside the law, I have become like one of them, but I live by the law of God as revealed in Christ. I do this so I can win those who are outside the law.

22 To the weak and spiritually immature, I have become weak and immature, so I can win them. I have become all things to all people, so by all possible ways I might save some.

Words to Reach to Various Professions:

- Landlord: God calls you to be sensitive to the needs of your tenants, whether they are under a Jewish or Gentile law. Be willing to adjust your policies and practices to accommodate their different perspectives and needs.
- Business People: God wants you to connect with people from all walks of life, even those who may not share your beliefs or values. Embrace the diversity of the marketplace and find ways to meet the needs of each group.
- Self-Employed: Whether you are a tailor, caterer, cook, hairdresser, mechanic, or nurse, God has called you to serve others with excellence. Put your heart into your work and strive to provide the best possible experience for your clients.
- Everyone: God calls us all to be adaptable and flexible, like Paul, so that we can reach people from all walks of life with the message of Christ. By becoming all things to all people, we can lead many to salvation.
