Egocentrism?

Egocentrism is a cognitive bias in which an individual sees the world primarily from their own perspective, often leading to difficulty in understanding or empathizing with others. This can manifest as self-centered behavior, a lack of consideration for others, and an inability to see things from different points of view. Egocentrism is commonly seen in young children as they develop their understanding of the world, but can also persist into adulthood in some individuals.
