You are required to manage the implementation of strategies, policies, and plans in a public sector environment. Ensure that you do the following:                           i.         Provide advice, guidance, and analysis regarding the impact of legislation on overall delivery objectives, priorities, and processes?                        ii.         Determine how you will communicate the implementation objectives, priorities, and processes to relevant stakeholders?                       iii.         Determine how you would manage the allocation and use of resources according to overall public sector policies, procedures, and legislation?                       iv.         Determine how the implementation processes will be coordinated, monitored, and reviewed in line with overall public sector policies and procedures?                        v.         Determine how the realignment of implementation objectives, priorities and processes will be negotiated with relevant stakeholders?                       vi.         Determine how the change management processes associated with implementation strategies are implemented and managed on an ongoing basis? After the completion of the assessment process, you will be able to:   Ø  Provide advice, guidance, and analysis on the impact of legislation on overall delivery objectives, priorities, and processes. Ø  Communicate implementation objectives, priorities, and processes. Ø  Manage the allocation and use of resources. Ø  Coordinate, monitor and review implementation processes. Ø  Negotiate realignment of implementation objectives, priorities, and processes   Note: In order to achieve the objectives listed above, complete the following tasks and attach all relevant evidence in your POE guide   Task 1 You are required to provide advice, guidance, and analysis on the impact of legislation on overall delivery objectives, priorities, and processes of your organisation. Follow relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, organisational policies, and the guidelines below:   a)     Provide inputs into the development of any two legislation from own area of specialisation?   b)     Formulate, design and develop policies in line with own area of specialisation? Attach evidence in your POE guide.? c)     Outline the steps you shall follow to implement your policy?   d)      Implement your policy? This task should be completed in the presence of your supervisor?   e)     Monitor and control the implementation of policy on an ongoing basis. Record the results of the monitoring process including any peculiarities that occurred during implementation that may affect future legislation and policy?
