The workforce at a local factory were having difficulties with their current vending machines. They had three machines - one can machine, one hot beverage machine and one snack vendor which were located in the canteen area.
The Problems
The vending machines were regularly running out of products
The snack machine kept jamming which resulted in staff rocking the machine to release the jam. This had led to the machine being damaged.
