What surprised you in work immersion?

One thing that surprised me during my work immersion was how much responsibility and trust the company placed in me as an intern. I was given important tasks and projects to work on, and my supervisors treated me as a valuable member of the team rather than just a student. This level of trust and responsibility was unexpected but also very rewarding, as it allowed me to gain real-world experience and make a meaningful contribution to the organization.
