What steps should be taken by executive managers if implementation does not meet overall objectives, priorities and processes?

Evaluate the effectiveness of the solution in addressing the problem. As evidence write a report which has the following headings? •       Background (include the evaluation criterions used) •       Research methodology? •       Findings? •       Conclusion?

Select the most appropriate solution? from the range of solutions? Justify? your selection ?                                             

Basing on the results of the investigation, use team brainstorming to generate at least 4 possible solutions to the problem? As evidence submit the solutions generated, minutes of the brainstorming meeting and meeting register?     

Now that the real problem has been ascertained, you are required to conduct an investigation in order to understand the problem? As evidence provide a report on your investigation. The report must have the following headings: •       Background •       Research methodology •       Findings •       Conclusion •       Attachments e.g., questionnaires, observation checklist, documents and interview guidelines?
